From our initial survey, confirmation of pricing and scope of work to actual completion of resin lay, Bound2Impress has done just that, impressed. Despite a three day delay in resin lay due to poor weather, we cannot fault the installation team. On first day they turned up confirmed where digout was taking place and just got on with it like little trojans, despite it being a red hot day. No stopping for breaks either, which amazed us. The new resin has totally transformed the frontage and side of the house, and looks absolutely amazing. Would we recommend this firm to you? YES without reservation. This is definitely a case of we do what we promise.

BOUND2IMPRESS did what it said it would, on the requested date, for the price it had quoted, laying a fabulous-looking resin overlay at the side of my family home in Southampton. BOUND2IMPRESS initially conducted a thorough inspection of the site, the surveyor answering my various queries effectively and generally providing relevant information and practical guidance as to how the process goes. Head-office carried on in the same professional and helpful vein throughout the process, making the whole experience easy for us householders. The crew who laid the resin on the day went about their work with reassuring professionalism and obvious experience, transforming in no time at all what had been an ugly and ill-used cracked concrete yard and pathways between our front and back gardens, into an impressive and now perfectly usable addition to our outside space. What had been something of a dead zone is, as a consequence of BOUND2IMPRESS’s resin overlay, an area of the garden which the family now relaxes in, which has added value in the true sense, certainly beyond the cost of the job. Our visitors admire the resin overlay and we feel BOUND2IMPRESS have brought our house and gardens closer together, as well as effectively integrating separate sections of garden together in a subtle way.
We made an enquiry after we saw an add on Facebook. I spoke to Martin, he was very friendly and helpful, answered every question. Martin arranged an initial assessment of our garden.
Assessor arrived promptly,, discussed our requirements and measured up.
We were happy with quote so paid the deposit.
Initial ground work took two days, this was as advised by the initial assessor. The workmen really worked hard, very polite and left the area uncluttered and tidy.
After ground works had been completed, we had to wait nearly three weeks before they could lay the resin. Throughout the whole process the company were professional, the quality of the work is excellent and we have recommended the company to others.
Only one very minor issue, the black tarmac in front of blocks at the front of the drive was not finished to the high standard of the rest of the work carried out, however this is on the pavement and not on our property, other than that blemish we are very happy with the new drive.
Well worth the money we paid for it indeed.
Really pleased with the finished result. Bound to Impress were really quick to get started once we’d decided we wanted to go ahead – no lengthy waiting times. Very competitively priced. Workers cracked right on with the job and double checked to make sure that everything was as we were expecting. Our garden definitely looks a lot better with the new resin paths and patio.
Our driveway was a mix of really old tarmac with the addition of a strip of concrete. It was an unsightly mess. But not any more. Thanks to Bound2Impress we now have lovely resin drive which will have added value to our house. With unpredictable weather, doing this work in winter isn’t easy because ‘rain stops play’. So the preparation work was done a few days before the resin could be laid; this wasn’t a problem. The team doing the job were very hard-working and cheerful, clearly taking a real pride in what they were doing. The end result speaks for itself and the mesh ‘fence’ erected to protect the resin as it dries was a really helpful touch. We would happily recommend Bound2Impress!

In 2023 we replaced our crazy paving with a very smart resin driveway. We were well pleased with that and having had contact with yourselves in February this year we decided we would like all the pathways around the bungalow replaced to match the driveway. It is quite a large area and as we found before when the team came to start the job they really worked hard to prepare the area for the makeover. It was a much bigger job , I’m sure, than everyone thought to remove tons of concrete but we could not fault the way in which this was done by such amazingly hardworking men. Unfortunately the weather was against them but they still carried on in the rain although the final process had to be delayed for quite a while until a few dry days came along so the resin could be laid. It was definitely worth the wait and we are extremely pleased with the finished product. It looks like we have a whole new property, smart, clean and definitely a pathway to resin! Thank you so much.
